Restoration Outreach Ministries is a small ministry and church based in Jacksonville, FL. With a focus on restoring the lost, broken, and bruised, our goal is to share the Gospel while helping to build or rebuild intimate relationships with Christ. We are Christ-centered and Christ-focused as a ministry, not just another church. Our doors are open to everyone, even if you have been turned away elsewhere.
We provide a judgement-free zone that allows our members to focus on their individual relationship with Christ while receiving support from a loving community. Our purpose is to get people positioned for their purpose; to help shine the light when the path ahead is dark or lost. We share the light of God to help restore wounded followers.

Our Story
A task given by God
Restoration Outreach Ministries was conceived in 2011 as a baby in our founder’s mind. Remaining simply as a name instilled in his mind for nearly a decade, our ministry finally became a reality on November 20, 2020. However, this timing was no coincidence, it was clear that this was God’s plan.
11 + 20 + 20 = 51, and from this, comes our assignment: Psalm 51(:12) – The Restoration Principle/Request. The ministry as given by GOD, to birth is yet seeking souls and people who desire to have an authentic relationship with GOD, through no judgement nor coercion/manipulation or pressure.

Our Founder
Johnny N. Causey “JC” was born in Pensacola, Florida, and is the fifth child of Mary Causey. JC he accepted the Lord as a young child but came into the true knowledge of Christ at age 14 He accepted his call into the ministry in November 1993, and was ordained in 1994 at Rock of Ages Holiness Church, under the Leadership of Bishop Ross O. Knight, Sr. Minister Causey was ordained as an Elder in 2002, while serving in Bahrain, as the Leader of the Gospel Service in the Chapel.
Bishop JC has 4 daughters Melissa, Sequoia, Ja’Neshia, and Courtney and 1 Son Kenneth. He has a son-in-law, 3 grandchildren Naomi, Da’Quan and Kyla. Pastor JC is a sinner saved by grace, as well as an upcoming author. He truly believes that in spite of what man sees, that GOD sees the best in us.
Bishop JC received his education in Escambia County and is a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. He holds an Associates in Criminal Justice, Certificate in Business Software, Bachelor in Church Ministry, Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a concentration in Sociology, he then furthered his education to pursue a Master’s Degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL studying Christian Studies and received a certificate towards his Master’s Degree. He is presently working on a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology.
